This website is an information and beta page for the Tennisunite app. Personal data is only collected to the extent necessary to operate the website and organise our beta programme. We do not use any tracking or analytics tools and do not create user profiles.
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (owner: René Münnich), Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The host processes technical access data in server log files on our behalf (e.g. IP address, browser type, time of access, requested URL). Processing is based on our legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with the host.
If you sign up for a beta notification via our form, we store the email address you provide, your platform (iOS, Android or both) and the time of sign-up on our web space.
The sole purpose of this processing is organising and running the beta programme, in particular notifying you when the beta becomes available and sending important information about the test. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures taken at your request).
To protect the form against automated abuse, your IP address is stored briefly in pseudonymised form only (as a hash value) and deleted automatically (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Your data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the beta programme — at the latest when the programme ends. You can withdraw your sign-up at any time by simply emailing hallo@tennis-unite.com; we will then delete your data immediately. Your data is not shared with third parties.
Participation in the beta itself takes place via Google Play (Google Ireland Limited) or Apple TestFlight (Apple Distribution International Ltd.). When you follow the links on this page to these services, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply there.
This website does not use any tracking or marketing cookies. No cookies are set in the public area of the website. Only the access-protected administration area uses a technically necessary session cookie for the login (Section 25 (2) TDDDG).
